Dr. Barbara Adonis, DC
Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Barbara Adonis is a licensed chiropractic physician and founder of Easy Reach Chiropractic & Physical Therapy. She is dedicated to providing individualized, patient-centered care, developing treatment plans based on each patient's condition, functional needs, and recovery goals.
Dr. Adonis earned her bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Florida A&M University and her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, Georgia. After beginning her chiropractic career in a shared practice in Boynton Beach, she founded Easy Reach Chiropractic in 2014.
Dr. Adonis has remained active in the community through educational and outreach initiatives, including working with medical academy students, supporting student-athletes, school supply drives, and other community programs. Her goal is to create an environment where patients feel welcomed, respected, and actively involved in their care.
Dr. Heather Previll, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Dr. Heather Previll is a licensed physical therapist with more than 20 years of clinical experience in a variety of healthcare settings. She specializes in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, including post-operative rehabilitation, and provides individualized care focused on restoring strength, mobility, function, and confidence.
Dr. Previll earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Rutgers University, her master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Dominican College in New York, and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Arcadia University in Pennsylvania. Her treatment approach considers the body as a whole and incorporates evidence-based movement and therapeutic techniques, including therapeutic exercise, yoga, Pilates, and manual therapy.
Dr. Previll is certified in pelvic floor therapy and Kinesio Taping and has advanced training in Maitland, McKenzie, Mulligan, and pressure-point release techniques. Before settling in Palm Beach County in 2020 with her husband and two children, Dr. Previll practiced physical therapy in multiple states and international settings. Her diverse clinical experience allows her to tailor treatment to each patient’s individual needs, functional limitations, and recovery goals.
